Karmarkar’s Farm is having its own land of 50 Guntha at Murbad Tahasil of Thane district. A living house of about 2,000 Square Feet, with storage capacity for agricultural produce is available. There is an open well of 20 feet diameter and 20 feet depth in the farm, and with a 3-phase power supply for water pump in it. Major part of trees is 200 mangoes and 600 drumsticks. That apart, there are about 25 – 30 other fruit trees, such as coconut, orange, chikoos, custard apple, papaya, lemon etc., and number of flower trees also.
